How does your fixed pricing work?

The price you see is the price you pay. We don't charge hourly. Every option lists a fixed dollar amount up front, calculated based on the size of the home and service selected.

What extras can I add?

Common extras include inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, wall spot cleaning, additional carpet steam clean per room, garage / laundry clean, and balcony / patio clean. You can toggle these during booking.

Where do you operate?

Auckland-wide — from the CBD to Pukekohe and Warkworth. Some outer suburbs (North Shore, West, Outer Auckland) carry a small travel surcharge that's added automatically at checkout.

How do payments work?

Bookings are paid online at the time of booking via our secure card payment system. You'll receive a receipt by email. We currently operate in test mode while finalising live payments.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are charged the full amount.

Can I book recurring cleans?

Yes. Choose Regular Cleaning and pick weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You'll only be charged for one visit at a time and we'll arrange the ongoing schedule with you.

Question 7

What products do you use?

We default to plant-based, biodegradable products that are safe for kids, pets and septic systems. Stronger commercial-grade products are used only where needed (e.g. oven degreasing).

Question 8

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes — public liability insurance up to NZ$2,000,000 and all staff are police-vetted.
